A. Advice on GAFTA and Commodities sale contract:

Delivery Disputes: Delivery disputes can arise when there are disagreements regarding the timing, method, or conditions of delivery of the goods. Issues may include delays in shipment, improper packaging, failure to meet delivery deadlines, or delivery to the wrong location.

Resolving force majeure disputes may involve assessing the validity of force majeure claims, mitigating damages, and exploring options for alternative performance or termination of the contract.
